Telegram is where the deal happens. The CRM was always somewhere else

The thing we kept seeing Every few weeks we'd talk to another team closing real money in Telegram DMs. Agencies, OTC desks, recruiters, SaaS founders selling to communities. The pattern was always the same: the entire sales process, from first hello to signed invoice, lived inside a chat app that has no concept of a deal. Ask any of them a normal sales question and it fell apart. Which deals are stuck? Who owns this client? What did we promise them in June? The honest answer was usually "let me scroll." One founder we spoke to kept a spreadsheet with 60 rows that he updated on Sunday nights, from memory. It got worse with a second salesperson. Two people, two personal Telegram accounts, zero shared context. Someone quotes a discount, the client mentions it to a colleague a week later, and nobody can confirm it. And when a salesperson leaves, the history leaves with them, because it was never the company's history in the first place. It was on their phone. Why the obvious fixes didn't work The two options on the table were both wrong. Option one: use a real CRM. But every CRM we tried was built around email and web forms. Telegram support, where it existed, meant connecting a bot. That changes the customer's experience: they stop talking to Marko and start talking to @yourcompany_bot. In a channel where the relationship *is* the product, that's not a small tradeoff. It's the whole thing. Option two: use a Telegram inbox tool. Those solve visibility, and they solve it well. You get one place to read messages, assign chats, leave notes. But an inbox is a support metaphor. It has tickets, not pipelines. It tells you what came in today, not what's likely to close this month, not which deal has been sitting untouched for eleven days, not what your win rate is by stage. Teams were being asked to choose between a CRM that ruined the conversation and an inbox that couldn't tell them about revenue. What we built instead Cavyro connects to your team's actual Telegram accounts over MTProto. Not a bot. Nothing changes on the customer's side: they message the same person they always messaged, in the same chat, from the same account. On your side, that chat becomes a record. Every conversation is a contact or a deal, with a stage, an owner, a value and a next step. Group chats become deals too, with per-member tracking, because in a lot of businesses the deal genuinely happens in a group with four people from the client's side. The history comes with it, including everything from before you signed up. That mattered more than we expected. Most tools start you at zero on day one. Here you connect an account and five years of context is instantly searchable, attached to the right record, visible to the whole team. Then the normal CRM machinery sits on top: pipelines, custom fields, comments, a timeline per record, automations that move deals and chase follow-ups without being asked, reports for response time, win/loss and forecast. Campaigns exist, but only to people you already have a conversation with. No lists, no scraping, no cold outreach. We drew that line on purpose and we've turned down users because of it. The part we didn't plan for Somewhere in the middle of building it, we realized the interesting thing wasn't the UI. It was that everything the CRM can do could be exposed to an AI agent. So we exposed all of it. Over 120 actions are available as MCP tools, which means you can run the whole CRM from Claude or Cursor, in plain language, without opening the app. Create a deal, move it, assign it, pull a report. The agent also has the actual conversation context to act on, because the chats are already there. There's an assistant bot inside Telegram too, so a salesperson can update a deal in the same app they're selling in. That turned out to be the feature people demo to their teammates. Where we are Cavyro is live at cavyro.com. Pricing is per workspace, not per seat, because charging teams more for adding a colleague to a shared inbox always felt backwards. Docs are included on every plan, unmetered. There's a 5-day free trial and no credit card. We're still early and we're still wrong about plenty of things. If you sell on Telegram, the most useful thing you can tell us is where Cavyro doesn't fit how you actually work. That's the feedback we build from.
